Summary: The Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez is very disappointed in Obama. He does not think Obama is going to his full potential to help the state. This disappointment really comes from the speech he made on Cuba. The president stated that he could change the economic, commercial and financial blockade in about 50 years. But, the Cubans seems to think he is lying and that can not be done. He also said that Obama can eliminate the ban on Cuban companies to transport passengers between the two countries.



What are the main points of the article? That the people in Cuba mainly the Minister is disappointed in Obama. That they think he can do more. But, what he wanting to do he want to do it very little time.

How could this event change the region? This event could effect the region because people could pay attention the minister and second guess Obama. This could even go as for as protesting against him!

How could this event affect the United States?
This really couldn't effect the United States because I fell the United States has strong faith in Obama and they think he get things done and they trust him with our country. So what the minister say probably would not effect our opinion!
