Book Report Projects (Info and Rubric)

Students will be receiving this information later this week.

Due Dates: 1st One = Friday, February 18, 2011 / 2nd One = Monday, March 14, 2011

This project will be worth two Project Grades for each assignment and used to show their comprehension of the novels they have read. Books must be novels (fiction or non-fiction) and must contain a single story. No books containing multiple short stories will be allowed. Books must also be over 100 pages to be counted. Books must be approved by the teacher.

Students have two options to complete this project, the first being on traditional poster board. The second using Glogster, which is a free online multimedia creator. All students have been given Log In information for this site, as well as username and password information. Students may change their password information once logged in, but do not change Username or Display Name. For students needing access to a computer, I am available every morning from 7:45-8:30AM and in the afternoon (Mon-Wed) from 3:30-4:15PM. Students will need to make arrangements with me the day before they stay, as well as have appropriate transportation home if they are staying in the afternoon.
