This week, in Language Arts, we will have another extended homework assignment. In our Read 180 class over the last few weeks, we have been reading about immigrants and immigration, so this week, students will have to find a Current Event that deals with Immigration. The current event must be from at least the month of September and no older.
Students can find their current event from newspapers, magazines, the internet, or even nightly news programs on television. The format is simple as well. Here is the format they should have it in.
